盐酸丁咯地尔注射液与4种输液的配伍稳定性考察

Stability of bufolmedil hydrochoride after mixed with different kinds of injectable solutions

目的与方法考察盐酸丁咯地尔注射液与复方氯化钠注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、乳酸钠林格注射液、右旋糖酐 -40葡萄糖注射液 4种输液配伍后的稳定性。结果与结论在常温(20℃)和高温(38℃)条件下可以配伍。

The stability of buflomedil hydrochloride was investigated after it was mixed with injectable solutions of sodium chloride, glucose-sodium chloride, Ringer lactate and dextran 40-glucose, separately. The results showed that the mixture was stable in a temperature range between 20 and 38 ℃.
