摘要 目的研究桑白皮丙酮提取物对呼吸系统的药理作用及作用机理。方法浓氨水引咳法、小鼠耳肿胀法、气管酚红排出量和豚鼠哮喘法研究呼吸系统的作用;硝酸还原酶法测定血清和支气管NO含量。结果桑白皮丙酮提取物有显著镇咳作用、抑制小鼠耳肿胀、气管酚红排出量显著增加和止喘作用,高、低剂量组对大鼠血浆NO均无显著性影响,高剂量组显著升高支气管NO含量(P<0. 05)。结论桑白皮丙酮提取物有镇咳作用、祛痰作用、抗炎作用和平喘作用,其平喘作用机理可能与升高支气管NO含量致支气管松弛有关。 Objective To study the effect of the acetone extract from Morus alba L. on respiratory system. Methods Relieving a cough and eliminating expectoration were observed by strong aqua spray and phenol red determining methods. The anti-inflammation was studied by ear swelling induced by xylene. Acetycholine was used to induce the guinea pig model of asthma. The content of NO was determined by method of nitrate reductase chromatometry in plasma and trachea tissue. Results The acetone extract of Morus alba L. could significantly decrease cough times and had antiasthma effects. It inhibited ear swelling, increased phenol red output in trachea. The extract could not significantly affect the content of NO in plasma, but could significantly increase the content of NO in trachea tissue. Conclusion The effect of Morus alba L. has the functions of removing the phlegm, anti-inflammation, relieving a cough and antiasthma. The mechanism of antiasthmatic action may be related to the increase of NO in trachea tissue.
