活血通脉胶囊治疗老年人缺血性肾脏病

Treating Geriatric Nephropathy due to Blood Lack with Huoxuetongmai Capsules

目的 :观察活血通脉胶囊治疗老年人缺血性肾脏病的疗效。方法 :选择老年人缺血性肾脏病患者 83例 ,随机分为两组 ,对照组 43例以常规西药降血压 ,降血脂 ,抗血小板聚集及控制血糖等治疗 ;治疗组 40例在常规降血压和控制血糖的基础上应用活血通脉胶囊治疗。结果 :治疗组治疗前后临床症状、血压、血脂、肾功能、肾体积及肾动脉狭窄 ( RAS)程度等改变均明显好于对照组。 P<0 .0 1。结论 :老年人缺血性肾脏病患者经长期使用降血压 ,降血脂及抗凝等药物效果不理想时 ,加用活血通脉胶囊可进一步改善血压、血脂 ,减少胆固醇结晶 ,抑制血管壁脂质沉积 ,使肾动脉硬化斑块消退 ,且服用方便、安全 ,值得临床应用。

Objective: To study the curative effect of Huoxuetongmai capsules on geriatric nephropathydue to blood lack.Methods:83 cases of geriatric nephropathy due to blood lack were enrolled and randomly assigned to contrast group and treatment group. 43 cases in the contrast group were treated by the routine western medicine to lower blood pressure and serum lipid, resist blood platelet gather and control blood sugar. 40 cases in the treatment eroup were treated bi Huoxuetongmai capsules after the routine method of decreasing the blood pressure and controlling blood sugar. Results: The changes of clinical syndrome, blood pressure, serum lipid, kidney function, kidney volume and renal artery stenosis (RAS) in the treatment group were markedly better than those in the contrast group ( P <0.01).Conclusion: To the old people suffering from nephropathy due to blood lack treated by routinemedicines with unsatisfactory curative effect, Huoxuetongmai capsules can help to improve the blood pressure and serum lipid, reduce the cholesterol crystallization, restrain the deposit of the wall fat quality of blood vessel and make the kidney artery plaque disappear. Therefore it is convenient and safe, which is worthy of practicing in the clinics.
