摘要 人体系统是一个时变非线性的复杂系统,脉象是人体系统的输出信号。中医脉学是我国传统医学中最具特色的一项诊断方法,但由于“脉理精微,其体难辨,在心易了,指下难明”,长期以来影响着脉学的客观化和科学化的发展,目前国内外对脉象信号定量化研究还处于不断摸索阶段,还没有建立起系统有效的脉象信号分析研究方法。为完成对脉象信号的定量与定性的客观化研究,需要研究出客观化的完整而简单有效的脉象处理方法。根据现代控制理论的观点,能够从系统的输出信号了解系统内部状态,因此以人体复杂系统的脉象输出信号作为研究对象,将现代系统理论和信号处理方法与我国传统的脉象学相结合,基于这种观点研究中医脉象学使之更科学化。通过对脉象信号的分析采用了时域和频域(尺度)相结合的研究方法,引入时频分析和小波理论进行脉象信号预处理和特征提取,应用模糊集理论进行脉象信号的分类识别,并进一步采用模糊神网络技术进行脉象信号的分类识别优化和脉诊专家数据库设计,系统地建立了系统全面的脉象客观化理论研究方法。 The system of human body is a complex time - varying non - linear system and pulse condition is one of the output signals of human system. The sphygmology of traditional Chinese medicine constitutes a diagnostic method with unique characteristics in the traditional medicines of China. Nevetheless, it has not developed in an objective and scientific way for quite a long time due to the inference of 'The theory of pulse condition is too profound to know its expression and to judge it via taking pulse by fingers though it is understandable in mind. At present, the quantitative study on the signals of pulse condition is still in a period of exploration in China and abroad, and a systematic and efficient method of analysis and study of the signals of pulse condition has not been established yet. To accomplish the objective study of the signals of pulse condition qualitatively and quantitatively, it is necessary to find out an objective and complete but uncomplicated and efficient method for handling the signals of pulse condition. In accordance with the viewpoint of modern cybernetics the interior state of a system can be able to be understood by the output signals of the very system. Therefore, on the basis of the viewpoint that the output signals of pulse condition of the complex system of human body are taken for the object of study and modern system theory and signal processing method are combined with the traditional sphygmology of China, the study of pulse condition in traditional Chinese medicine may step into a more scientific way. In this study the method of combining time domain and frequency domain (dimenssion) has been used to analyze the signals of pulse condition, time - frequency analysis and wavelet theory have been introduced to achieve the pre - processing and characterictics of the signals of pulse condition, fuzzy set theory is applied to classify and recognize the signals of pulse condition, and the technology of fuzzy neural net has been taken to further classify and recognize as well as optimize the signals of pulse condition and design databanks for pulse - taking experts before the method of objectively quantitative study of the theory of pulse condition is established systematically and all - roundly.
