摘要
本文通过对连续变断面挤压成形的现有各种方法对比研究, 指出了各自的局限性。首次提出并在实验室实现了以液压伺服控制的方式进行连续变断面挤压成形, 通过计算机设定连续变断面的特征参数, 以纯铝为研究对象, 实现了断面由大到小、由小到大的一次和二次曲线的连续变断面挤压过程。研究结果表明: 本研究所开发的连续变断面挤压成形方法, 工艺稳定, 尺寸精度控制可靠。
This paper has researched some existing kinds of methods of continuous tappered extrusion .It indicates disadvantages of each otcher . First suggested and realized continuous taper extrusion forming by using hydraulic-servo control technology . This method can extrude the certain variable section products ,for example Al ,whose section varies gradually, not only from small to large but also reverse according to the computer designed curve. The result indicate this extrusion process is steady and reliable.
