摘要
研究辗扩成形系统的运动学规律, 导出了芯辊进给运动、环件辗扩成形运动 (包括环件直径扩大运动、环件转动和平动)、抱辊系统随动等的运动学方程, 确定了环件直径扩大运动速度和加速度、环件旋转角速度和角加速度的极限范围。为辗扩成形系统运动机构参数的设计和工艺设计提供了理论依据, 并为辗扩成形系统整体优化及过程控制、仿真奠定了基础。
Kinematical rule of ring rolling was researched. The kinematical equations of press roller's linear feeding motion, ring's rolling motion (including ring's diameter expanding motion, ring's rotary motion and linear motion) and guide roller 's motion were derived. Extreme velocity and acceleration in ring's diameter expanding motion and extreme angular velocity and acceleration in ring's rotary motion were calculated. They can be used as theoretical criteria for designing procedure of ring rolling and selecting the mechanical parameters of ring rolling machine, and also provide the theoretical foundation for rolling system's optimization, process control and computer simulation.
