【目的】探讨大肠癌术后各种形式的复发转移的手术治疗方法、适应证、效果以及复发原因、防治 方法。【方法】通过对173例大肠癌术后复发转移治疗情况和效果的分析,对大肠癌术后复发的原因、防治措 施和手术适应证进行讨论分析。【结果】大肠癌术后原位复发、肝转移、肺转移通过两次手术,部分复发病人获 得根治切除,其3、5年生存率较为理想。【结论】掌握大肠癌术后各种形式的复发转移的治疗原则和手术适应 证,以积极态度进行合理治疗,可提高复发病人的生存率,改善生活质量。

ObjectiveTo explore the method of reoperation、indication、effect and cause、prevention about the relapse and metastasis of colorectal cancer after operation.Analysis on the effect of therapy in 173 cases of the relapse and metastasis of colorectal cancer after operation was made,the cause of relapse、prevention、indication of the reoperation were discussed.By reoperation,part of patients with relapse in situ、hepatic metastasis、lung metastasis got radical excision with ideal 3、5 years of survival rate.In the other part of patients, their life was lengthened or the quality of life improved.[Conclusion]To grasp the therapeutic principle and indication of reoperation in the relapse and metastasis of colorectal cancer after operation, reasonable therapy and positive attitude can improve the survival rate and the quality of life of these patients.
