摘要本文介绍了数字参考咨询服务的几种方式 ,提出了图书馆数字参考咨询系统的理想模式 ,并探讨了图书馆对建立DRS的应对之策。 In this paper,the patterns of librarys digital reference service were analyzed.The optimal pattern of digital reference service was presented.And the developing strategies of digital reference service were provided.
