摘要
介绍了苯甲醛清洁生产工艺的甲苯气相氧化、甲苯液相氧化、苯甲醇氧化、苯甲酸还原法、苯甲酸甲酯还原法、间接电解氧化法及其氧化反应动力学、甲苯三氧化二锰非均相氧化、甲苯超(近)临界流体法、近临界水法等; 提出三氧化二锰非均相氧化法和近临界水法具有比较好的工业应用前景。
The benzaldehyde is an important kind of chemical raw material, but the traditional technology for benzaldehyde production pollutes environment seriously. So, the cleaner process and technology for benzaldehyde production becomes the hot point of research in great demand. This paperintroduces some cleaner technologies of benzaldehyde production in recent years including toluenegas phase oxidization, toluene liquid phase oxidization, benzyl alcohol oxidization, toluene indirect electric oxidization ,toluene manganese sesquioxide heterogenize oxidization, toluene bionic catalytic oxidization, toluene oxidization in super(sub)critical fluids, cinnamaldehyde hydrolysis in subcritical water and benzoic acid reduction .
