TS1/H_2O_2催化氧化体系在超临界CO_2中应用的研究

摘要  对超临界CO2 条件存在时TS - 1/H2O2 氧化体系进行了研究。所选择的反应分别是苯乙烯的氧化和叔丁醇的氧化。实验结果表明, TS - 1可以在超临界CO2 中保持较高的活性和选择性, 但反应结果都不如无超临界CO2 存在时的情况。其中对于苯乙烯氧化反应, H2O2 的有效利用率可以达到 78 4%以上; 而对于叔丁醇氧化, H2O2 的利用率则较低。经分析认为, 这是由于H2O2 水溶液和超临界CO2 的相容性较差, 在 TS - 1/H2O2氧化体系中引入超临界CO2 条件造成负面影响。 The oxidation system of TS1/H 2O 2 was investigated with the introduction of supercritical CO 2. The oxidation of styrene and oxidation of tertbutanol were studied as model reactions. And the results indicated that TS1 would remain high activity and selectivity with the existence of supercritical CO 2 fluid, however, the experimental results were not as good as that without supercritical conditions. For the oxidation of styrene, the efficiency of H 2O 2 could get up to 78 4%; while for the oxidation of tertbutanol, the results were far worse than that without supercritical CO 2. It is concluded that the negative effect of the introduction of supercritical CO 2 into the oxidation system was due to the weak solubility of H 2O 2 in supercritical CO 2.
