复方皂矾丸对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制的防护作用 被引量:7

Preventive Effect of Compound Zaofan Pills on Bone Marrow Arrest in Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Cancer After Chemotherapy

摘要 [目的]观察复方皂矾丸(主要由西洋参、海马、皂矾、大枣、核桃仁、肉桂等中药组成)对铂类化疗方案治疗非小 细胞肺癌的骨髓保护作用。[方法]将65例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为两组,即治疗组(化疗+复方皂矾丸)和对照组(单 纯化疗),观察两组化疗后骨髓毒性分级情况以及治疗后白细胞恢复正常所需的时间。[结果]治疗组两个疗程化疗的完成 率为91.6%(33/36),高于对照组的68.9%(20/29)(P<0.01)。治疗组未出现Ⅲ、Ⅳ期骨髓抑制,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期骨髓抑制也 少于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组白细胞恢复正常所需时间也短于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]复方皂矾丸可以防治化疗导 致的骨髓抑制,缩短骨髓恢复正常时间,有利于化疗按时完成。 [ Objective ] To observe the protective effect of Compound Zaofan Pills ( CZP) , a prescription mainly composed of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii, Hippocampus Histrix, Melanteritum, Fructus Jujubae, Semen Juglandis, Cortex Cinnamomi, etc. , on bone marrow in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) after plantinum chemotherapy. [Methods] Sixty-five cases of intermediate and late NSCLC were randomized into two groups. Group A was treated with CZP and chemotherapy and group B with chemotherapy alone. After treatment, ranking of bone marrow arrest and time for leukocytes recovering to normal were observed in the two groups. [ Results ] After 2 treatment courses, chemotherapy-done percentage was 91.6% (33/36) in group A, higher than 68.9% (20/29) in group B (P < 0.01) ; bone marrow arrest at stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ did not occur in group A; there were less cases of bone marrow arrest at stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ in group A than in group B ( P < 0.01) . Time for leukocytes recovering to normal was shortened in group A as compared with that in group B (P < 0.01). [Conclusion] CZP has preventive and therapeutic effect in treating bone marrow arrest of NSCLC after chemotherapy; it can shorten the time for the recovery of hematopoietic function and benefits to the accomplishment of chemotherapy.
