摘要
[目的]建立坤安丸中芍药苷含量测定的方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱条件为Hypersil ODS色谱 柱;流动相为V乙腈:V水=17:83;检测波长为230 nm;流速为1.0mL/min。[结果]芍药苷在0.096 8-0.4840μg范围内具有 良好的线性关系,r=0.9998.平均回收率为97.84%,相对标准差SR=1.44%。[结论]该方法简便、重复性好,可作为坤 安丸质量控制方法。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin content in Kun'an Pills. [Methods] High pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The chromatographic conditions were: Hypersil ODS column, acetonitrile-water (17 : 83) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 230 nm and the flow rate being 1.0 mL/min. [Results] A good linearity of paeoniflorin was shown in the range of 0.096 8 - 0.484 0 μg, r = 0.999 8; the average recovery was 97.84% and the relative standard deviation being 1.44%. [Conclusion] This method is simple and effective and can be used for the quality control for Kun'an Pills.
