摘要
胃肠功能紊乱是临床常见综合征,我们根据祖国医学理论和生物反馈机制,应用胃肠疾病治疗仪的模型胃肠生物电信号,选择与胃肠有关的公认穴位,给予电场刺激。共治疗非溃疡性消化不良35例和结肠易激综合征15例,前者取穴中脘、胃俞和足三里(双),后者取穴气海、大肠俞和足三里(双),刺激频率分别为3cpm和10cpm。结果显效21例,好转26例,无效3例,有效率94％。胃肠电图也从治前的紊乱趋向正常。
Fifty cases of gastrointestinal dysfunction, including 35 of non-ulcerative function including 25 of non-ulcerative dyspeasia (NUD) and 15 of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), were treated by acupiont electro-sitimulation (GIF-2 therapeutic instrument for gastrointestinal disease). According to traditional Chinese medicine and biological feedback theoy, we selected the acupoints Zhong Wan and Wei Shu for NUD, Qi Hai and Da Chang Shu for IBS and two side of Zu San Li for both. The frequcncys are 3cpm and 10cpm, respectively .The results of this therapy were satisfying, except 3 cases, 94 percent of the patients were improved.
