男性乳腺发育症雌激素受体测定及其意义

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL DETECTION OF ESTROGEN RECEPTORS(ER)IN HYPERTROPHY OF MALE BREAST

应用亲和酶标法对２２例男性乳腺发育症手术或活检标本进行雌激素受体测定，并综合染色强度和染色分布进行定量分析，结果表明，ＥＲ阳性表达与患者的年龄有关，４５岁以上患者。平均积分为２６７，４５岁以下患者平均积分为６５．４２（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时观察到，ＥＲ的积分与导管上皮细胞增生程度也有关。

Estrogen receptons in 22 eases of hypertrophy of male breast were detected by immunohistochemical method (ABC technique).The positive rate was round in hihger aged cases (elder than forty-five).The data suggest that ER positive staining reflects the degree of ductal cell hyperhlasia.
