This article makes a brief introduction of current situation of the diversified ownership and industrial structure focusing on traditional light industry in Wenzhou. It makes a deep analysis of internal and external restrictions in the development of Wenzhou privately run enterprises. Some effective methods of solving all the restrictions are also provided from the perspectives of theory and practice.
