摘要
现代恐怖主义作为非传统威胁的代表,是在广泛而深刻的政治、经济、社会和思想根源中产生的,如民族分离主义的泛起,宗教原教旨主义的崛起,贫富悬殊、社会不公,全球化背景下国际社会的开放性等,并随全球化的深入和新世纪的到来而呈现出诸多新特征,以至成为全球第一大公害。受国际性互动影响,中国同样面临以"东突"为主的国际恐怖主义威胁,并因国际和地区不利因素的增强,民族、宗教和社会矛盾的加剧以及现代科技普及的负面性等而有加重态势。因而我们必须反对一切形式的恐怖主义。
The modern terrorism, which represents a non-traditional threat, attracts the social attention by creating terrors from individuals or groups. It attempts to reach a political or social purpose by threatening the related governments or societies through violent or non-violent activities. It originates from wide and deep political, economic or social ideas, e.g., the national separatism, religion, the inequality between the rich and the poor, the openness of the international societies with globalization as its background. With the fast development of the globalization and the arrival of the new century, the modern terrorism begins to show multi-features and has become the No.1 public nuisance in the world. Influenced by the interactive internationalization, China is also being threatened by the international menace, which is mainly based on 'Dong Tu'. It develops with such changes of the international and regional unfavorable elements as the seriousness of the different nationalities, religions, societies and the popularization of the modern science and technology. Therefore, we should fight against varieties of terrorism.
