试析我国经济、社会、人的“发展瓶颈”问题

An Analysis On the"Bottle Neck of Development" of the Economy, Society and the Human Beings in China

我国经济、社会和人的“发展瓶颈” ,主要表现在贫富差距日渐拉大、生态环境日益恶化、资源短缺日益加剧、人口压力日渐增大等方面。我们必须正视“发展瓶颈”问题 ,树立以人为本 ,全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观 ,在发展中绝不能超越弱势地区和弱势群体的承受力 ,不能超越环境和资源的承载力 ,也不能漠视人口总量巨大、人口结构失调、人口老龄化提前到来等突出问题。

The matters of 'bottle neck of the development' has appeared in many aspects such as the growing gap between the rich and the poor, the deterioration of ecological environment, the short of natural resources, the pressure from the growing population and so on.We must pay much attention to the matters of'bottle neck of the development', persist in the scientific development outlook of basing on the human beings, complete, coordination and persistence. In the course of development, we should not go beyond bearing capability of the backward areas and the people lag behind and of the ecological environment and natural resources. Meanwhile, we should give enough attention to the issues such as the large population, the disproportion of population structure, and the increasing old generation.
