血型检验四项统计学指标在综合判断亲子关系中的应用

APPLICATION OF MULTIPLE STATISTICAL INDICES OF BLOOD-GROUP EXAMINATION IN COMPREHENSIVE JUDGMENT OF PATERNITY

本文提出用父权指数ＰＩ值、父权概率Ｗ值、母子对的累积非父排除总概率ＰＥ值及考虑后概率的父权概率ＰＰ值等４项统计学指标对未排除亲子关系案例的血型检验结果，作定量分析比较，按所给参考标准，综合判断亲子关系的方法；推导出ＰＩ、ＰＰ和ＰＥ值的简便计算公式 并进行了例算分析。本法简易实用，可提高肯定父权结论的可靠性。

A comprehensive paternity-judging method according was introduced for the blood-group examination results in the cases of unexcluded paternity.The method involved the quantitative analyses and comparisons of given reference standard with 4 statistical indices of blood-group examination,including paternity index(PI),paternity probability(W),general probability of excluding paternity of the mother-child pair (PE) and W value considering posterior probability (PP).Moreover,the convenient formulas PI =W /(1-W).pp=1/2(2-PE) and PE=2-1/PP were deduced to calculate PI directly from W and PP from PE respectively.From the analysing results of 25 cases,the method was proved not only simple and practical,but also valuable in improving the reliability of paternity affirmation.
