圆盘电泳同步检测人血清Hp、Gc、Tf表型的应用

SIMULTANEOUS TYPING OF Hp,Ge AND Tf PHENOTYPES IN HUMAN SERUM WITH PAG DISC ELECTROPH ORESIS

采用聚丙烯酰凝胺胶圆盘电泳同步检测法，以邻联甲苯胺和氨基黑取代具致癌作用的联苯胺试剂染色，可清晰显出Ｈｐ、Ｇｃ、Ｔｆ表型谱带，本法用于法医学检案实际，可使检案质量和办案效率大为提高。

This paper reports a PAG disc electrophoresis tcchnique for simultneously typing Hp,Ge and Tf phenotypes in human serum.In this tcehnique o-tolidine and amino-black dye were used to replace benzidine,a strong careinogen. In an examination of 112 cases in Wuhu distriet, the clear atlas of Hp,Ge and Tf phenotypes were simultancously shown. With the Dp value being 0.8341 and PE value 0.3192.Compared with the slab clectropboresis, it reduced the test time for about 2 hours and saved a half of the experimental materials.
