摘要
提取Brukitt淋巴瘤(Namalva)细胞低分子RNA与J6-1细胞悬液培养72小时,掺入Frrc标记的ConA,于荧光显微镜下观察膜荧光细胞总数和帽状细胞数。结果显示实验组帽状细胞数明显减少并呈剂量依赖关系。提示低分子RNA对白血病细胞增殖的抑制是通过作用于细胞膜而产生效应。
The Low-Molecular RNA Extracted from brukitt lymphosarcoma namalva cells was cultinated in J6-1 cell suapension for 72 hours,and then was mixed with fluoresceinated concanavalin A.After incubation for 15 minutes of the cells of capped fluoresceinated concanavalin A and fluoresce membrane were counted. The results showed that in the experiment group there were a significant reduction of capped cells and dosage relation.It seems that the inhibitory effect of low-molecular RNA upon the cell prolireration of leukemic cells was through cell membrane.
