程度副词“很”与“太”的用法辨析

An Analysis of the Usage of“很”and“太”

“很”与“太”都作为绝对程度副词虽然在基本的语义特征及语法功能有很多共性,但是也有很多不同之处,因此留学生在使用“很”与“太”时常易混淆。本文拟从“很”与“太”的语义内涵、对句类句式的选择、语法功能、与否定词“不”的组合、修饰动宾结构等几个方面进行分析比较,以求留学生在使用“很”与“太”时减少出现偏误。

Being adverbs, “很” and “太” share much in common in the basic semantic feature and grammatical function. But there is still difference between them. The foreign students often get confused when they use these two words. This thesis tries to make a comparison between “很” and “太” by analyzing their semantic content, sentence patterns, grammatical function, their collocations with “不” and the usage of modifying verb-object structure.
