聚合酶链反应检测132例乙肝感染者HBVDNA

摘要 本文运用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测乙肝病毒DNA(HBVDNA).可检出极微量的HBV感染者,它对乙肝发病机理的研究、判断患者病变活动和传染性以及判定抗病毒药物疗效均具有重要意义。 The hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA was detected in 132 cases of hepatitis B and asymptomatic carricrs by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The minimal detectable concentration of HBV-DNA in serum was 0.1fg/ml,which indicated the PCR technique was one one of the most sensitive methods up to now for detcetion of HBV-DNA.Analysis of the results of clinical practice shows the PCR technique is of great significance in studying the pathogenesis of hepatitis B,Judging the histologie activity and infectivity of HBV in given patients,and identifying the efficiency of agiven anti-virus drug.
