运用改良外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔130例临床观察

Clinical observation of 130 case using Improved External Dissection and Internal Ligation for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoid

目的将保留齿线和内括约肌侧切运用于改良术中,观察改良术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组130例采用改良术,对照组126例采用传统外剥内扎术。结果改良组在减少术后排尿障碍发生率、减轻术后疼痛、缩短疗程以及防止术后肛门狭窄、保护肛门功能、减少复发等方面均优于对照组。结论改良术是治疗环状混合痔的可取之法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the improved external dissection and internal ligation with the dentate line reserved&internal sphincterotomy in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods The 256 cases with the disease were randomly divided into two groups :the treatment group(130 cases) and the control group(126 cases) ,the former receied the improved therapy ,and the latter was given the traditional procedure of external dissection and internal ligation. Result The results showed that the improved operation has such advantages as less postoperative uroschesis and pain, shorter course, and preventing anal stricture, protecting Anal function , reducing the recurrence rate, etc.Conclusion The improved therapy is of clinical value in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
