摘要
目的比较辛伐他汀与氟伐他汀对高脂血症病人的降脂疗效及安全性影响。方法100例高指血症患者以随机数字表法平均分成两组。A组:辛伐他汀40mg/d;B组:氟伐他汀80mg/d。治疗前和治疗后2周、4周、8周检查血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸磷激酶(CK)。结果两组均能非常显著比降低TC、LDL-C、TG(P<0.01),A组作用强于B组(P<0.05);两种降脂药均能升高HDL-C,A组仍大于B组(P<0.05)。两组均有良好的安全性。结论辛伐他汀与氟伐他汀均能显著降低TC、LDC-C、TG水平,升高HDL-C水平;辛伐他汀40mg/d作用明显优于氟伐他汀80mg/d,两者均有好的安全性。
Objective To investgate effect and safty of simvastatin and fluvastatin on aged patiants with Hyperlipidemia Methods 100 patiants were divided into two groups randomly 50 in the group A were given orally simvastatin 40mg/d,and 50 in the group B were given orally fluvastatin 80mg/d.The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and triglyceride(TG) were measurd following the 2nd week,4nd week,8nd week And the changes of functions of patiants' liver and kidney,the serum glucose level and the activities of myocardial enzymes in the two groups before and after treatment were also observed Results In the 2nd,4nd,8nd week in the group A the levels of the patiants were decreased by 25 2%,37 3%and 43 6%The LDL-C leves were decreased by 31 4%,45 3%,and 52 9%.The TG levels were decreased by 13 5%,30 2%and 38 4%.The HDL-C leves were increased by 1%,3%and 12%respectively.While in the 2nd,4nd and 8nd week in the group B the TC levels of the patiants were decreased by 6 6%,14 7%and 26 2%.the LDL-C leves were decreased 5 6%,16 7%and 25%.The TG leves were decreased 8%,14%and 24%.The HDL-C were increased by 1%、1%、5%. respectively On the other side,the standard rate of simvastatin 40mg/d and fluvastatin 80mg/d to decreased the LDL-C leves in the 2nd,4nd,8nd week were 44 5%,83 2%,91 4%and 27 6%,45 7%,71 3%,respectively,there was significantly diffrence in the two groups The reliability of both groups is good Conclusions Both simvastat in 40mg/d and fluvastatin 80mg/d are effective and reliable in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,however,simvastatin 40mg/d is superior to fluvastatin 80mg/d
