起搏器囊袋并发症非常规处理的探讨

The non-routine cure way of pacemaker cod end complication

目的探讨起搏器囊袋并发症的非常规处理方法。方法对我院6例起搏器囊袋并发症患者分别采用三种非常规方法:①清创、消毒液处理后原位再置入;②清创、清毒液处理后同侧间隔或半间隔再造囊袋置入;③囊袋半开放置入囊袋式引流管引流,药物冲洗。结果均治愈。结论笔者采用的三种方法可供临床参考。

Objective To investigate the non-routine cure way of pacemaker cod end complication.Methods and Results Six pacemaker cod end patients were treated by non-routine cure ways:①Debrided,disinfector managed,pacemaker were planted at primary site.②Pacemaker were planted at same interval or halfinterval with cod end reconstructed.③Cod end were halfopened and implanted sleeve drainagde tube,medicine were washed,all had cured Conclusions Above ways can select at some pacemaker cod end complications
