衰退矿区企业产业调整风险研究

Study of Industry Adjustment Risks of Declining Mining Area Enterprises

目前 ,在我国的矿业城市 (镇 )中 ,有 47座面临衰竭 ,而与矿业城市发展紧密相关的矿区企业 ,也面临着衰败的危险。矿区企业要生存和发展 ,只有突破以前以采矿及其矿产品初级加工为主的生产模式 ,进行产业调整。文中主要分析矿区企业在产业调整过程中出现的风险类型以及如何采取相应措施对这些风险进行防范。

At present,there are 47 mining cities and towns facing exhaustion in our country.Mining area enterprises,having close relationship with development of the mining cities,also face exhaustion risk.In order to exist and develop,the mining area enterprises that mainly carried out mining and primary processing of minerals previously must carry out industry adjustment.The risk types in the industry adjustment of the enterprises are analyzed in detail and the relative measures against the risks are given.
