On the Legislation and Practice of Canada's Anti - Dumping Public Interests
摘要
反倾销是近年来世界各国为保护国内机关企业及产品所采用的贸易补救措施,加拿大是最早采用此措施的国家,并制定了四个相关立法,这四个相关立法构成了加拿大较完善的反倾销立法体系,加拿大反倾销的实施对我相关企业有一定的借鉴作用。
