摘要 基于双酚A对鲁米诺 铁氰化钾化学发光反应体系的化学发光的抑制作用,建立了一种测定环境雌激素双酚A的流动注射化学发光分析新方法。双酚A的浓度在8.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内与ΔI成良好的线性关系,检出限为3.05×10-7mol/L,已用于聚碳酸酯塑料水溶出液中双酚A的测定。 A flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) method was presented for the determination of bisphenol A, based on the quench effect of bisphenol A on the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol-potassium hexacyanoferrate system. The decrease of the CL emission intensity was linear with the concentration of bisphenol A in the range of 8.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5) mol/L, and the detection limit was 3.05×10^(-7) mol/L. This method has been used for the determination of bisphenol A in water solvent of polycarbonate materials with satisfactory results.
