摘要
目的 考察四倍体菘蓝Isatis indigotica根的化学成分。方法 应用大孔树脂和硅胶柱色谱对化学成分进行分离纯化,应用理化常数测定和光谱(IR、MS、1 H- NMR、1 3C- NMR、2 D- NMR)分析技术鉴定结构。结果 从四倍体板蓝根中分离得到5个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为:落叶松脂素( )、落叶松脂素- 4 - O-β- D-葡萄糖苷( )、落叶松脂素- 4 ,4′- O-二- β- D-葡萄糖苷( )、紫丁香苷( )、4 - (1,2 ,3-三羟基丙基) - 2 ,6 -二甲氧基苯- 1- O- β- D-葡萄糖苷( )。结论 ~ 为首次从该种植物中分离得到, 为新化合物。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of tetraploid roots of Isatis indigotica. Methods Compounds were separated by chromatography on macroporous resin and silica gel. Their structures were determined by physicochemical constant and spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1H-NMR , 13 C-NMR , 2D-NMR). Results Five phenylpropanoids were isolated. Their structures were identified as lariciresinol (Ⅰ), lariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), lariciresinol-4, 4′-O-bis-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), syringin (Ⅳ), 4-(1, 2, 3-trihydroxypropyl)-2, 6-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅴ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅳ are first isolated from the roots of I. indigotica and compound Ⅴ is a new compound.
