The importance of using high-techs to transform and develop conventional weapons and the de- veloping trend of modern radar technology are examined in the papwr. Applications of microelectronies to ac- tive phased arrays,digital signal proceesing(DSP)and transformation of existing radars to improve the per- formance and reliability of radars are described.
