摘要
本文简略回顾了当前雷达信号处理中VLSIC芯片的概况,分析了雷达信号处理的主要内容,提出了雷达信号处理模块的三种形式及21种模块的功能和指标。简述了我所三个微电子化信号处理的成果,数字脉冲压缩系统,动目标检测系统,数字稳定单元。这三个系统通用和专用的VLSIC芯片和全定制及半定制的ASIC电路,它们的共同特点是可编程能力强,适应范围广。根据我们多年研制雷达信号处理的体会和当前国内外雷达信号处理的现状,提出了雷达信号处理微电子的21个模块,并列出了主要的性能指标。这些模块的设计和研制,除了涉及这些模块的系统知识外,还需开发一些新一代的通用和专用信号处理片和各种全定制和年定制的ASIC芯片,雷达信号处理模块的研制成功,必将为改造现役雷达。
A brief review is made on VLsIC’s for radar signal processing.The major tasks for radar signal processing are analyzed. Three examples of radar signal processing using microelecteronics.digital pulse com- pression system,moving target detecting system and digital stable unit,are deseribed,VLSI chips and custom/semicustom ASIC circuits that are common to all three systems or particular to each one have the Tnutual fea- ture of strong capability of programming and extensive suitability,Based on our experience over years in de- veloping radar signal processing systems and considering the present situation of the technique abroad and at home,21 microelectronic modules for radar signal processing are proposed,along with major specifications. For design and development of the modules.it is necessary to develop some new signal processing chips for both general and specific applicdtions and various custom and semi-custom ASLC’s .
