摘要
微电子技术是当代的一个重要学科领域,它在雷达中的应用水平已经成为衡量系统性能乃至生存能力的重要标志。本文介绍了单片数字信号处理器(DSP)、超大规模可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、表面安装技术(SMT)等微电子技术在雷达数字系统中的应用成果,分析了新一代雷达对微电子技术发展的需求。
Microelectronic technology is one of the important branches of modern science. The extensivenas of its appli-cation to radar systems has become a significant mark to measure the performanas,and even the survivability of the sys-tem. Monolithic digital signal processors (DSP).VLSI programrnable logic devices(PLD),application-specific integratedcircuits(ASIC)and surface mount technology(SMT)are widely used in digital systems for radars. Their application exam-ples are described in the paper.The requirements of newer generation of radars on microelectronics are analyzed.
