本文阐述了在现代雷达中应用微电子组装技术的重要性，介绍了微组装技术在相控阵收／发组件及脉冲多普勤雷达上的应用。最后对国外雷达的发展状况及我们存在的差距进行了分析、说明。

The significance of mictcaisembly in modern radars is diseused. Applications of microelectronic assembly technologies to T/R medules in phased array and pulse-Doppler radars are deseribed. Progresses in advanced radars abroad and the state of radar development in China are also compared and analyzed.
