摘要
本文描述了一种全扩散型高速单片12位D/A转换器集成电路CDA6012的设计。该D/A转换器集成电路由于采用了一种独特的分段式及主-从梯形网络的设计方法,在不需要精密的薄膜电阻及激光修正技术的情况下达到了12位的分辨率。它提供了高达13位的单调性和微分线性度,全量程的稳定时间为250ns,电源电压为±18V范围,在电源电压为+5V和-15V时功耗可低至230mW左右。
Design of a very high-speed monolitnic 12-bit D-A converter IC with all diffusion process is describe in thepaper.Using a unique sectional design technique combined with master-slave ladder networks,the converter IC achieves12-bit resolution without laser-trimmed precise thin-film resistors.It provlties up to 13-bit monotonicity and differentiallinearity.A settling time of 250ns in full scale has been obtained. with power supply in the range of±18V. At+5V and-15V power supply. the power consumption is down to 230mW.
