摘要
改革开放以来,高校后勤社会化取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但是高校后勤改革是一项牵涉面广、影响面宽的工作,且没有成功的经验可循。在高校后勤社会化改革的过程中,需要处理好观念、人事、经费、改革速度、高校与后勤的关系定位、经济效益与社会效益的关系等问题。
Since reform and opening up,conspicuous achievements have been made in socializing logistic services of universities and colleges.However,there is no successful experience to follow in the reform of logistic services of universities and colleges,which involves many departments and has a wide-range influence.So in the reform process,great efforts should be made to handle the following problems such as ideas,personnel management,expenditure,reform speed,relations between universities and logistic departments,and relations between economic interest and social benefits.
