A high speed.low power CML gate circuit with active pull down circuit and totem pole outputstructure is presented in the paper,A detailed description of the operation theory for the MCML gate circuit isprovided, along with its advantages. Results of the circuit simulation are given.A comparison of its character-istics is made with that of ECL and APD ECL circuit.
