当前我国货币政策在内外均衡中的困境

Chinese Monetary Policy at present: A Dilemma between Interior and Exterior Equilibrium

在开放经济下,实现经济体的内外均衡是一国政府不懈追求的目标,在本轮治理经济过热中,政府着重运用紧缩性货币政策,其效果是明显的,但同时也表现出政府在追求经济的对内对外双重均衡中处于一种顾此失彼的局面,表明当前货币政策已处于困境。本文主要运用蒙代尔-弗莱明模型对当前货币政策及政策效果展开比较深入地分析。

In an open economy, to achieve both the interior equilibrium of the economy and the exterior equilibrium is the main target for one government. In the process of cooling down the recent overheating economy of China, the effect of tight monetary policy is significant meanwhile it is not easy to keep balance during the course of achieving the dual-equilibrium target. This article aims at analyzing the present monetary policy, which plunged into dilemmas, from the effect of the present monetary policy by using the Mundell-Fleming Model.
