摘要
详细介绍了均三甲苯的三种生产方法(烷基化法、异构化法、异构化和烷基化联合法),评价了这些方法的优缺点。异构化和烷基化联合法有效抑制甲乙苯的累积,均三甲苯在反应生成物中的含量高,生产成本低,总转化率达90%以上及产品纯度达到99%,具有较强的技术优势,目前此联合工艺已实现了600t/a工业化生产。结果表明异构化和烷基化联合法具有良好的发展前景。
The three production methods of mesitylene,which include alkylation method,isomerization method, alkylation and isomerization combination method,are introduced in detail. Meanwhile, merits and drawbacks of these methods are evaluated.Of these methods,the alkylation and isomerization combination method enjoy strong technical superiority,such as the excellent controlling of the accumulation of methylethylbenzene, the low production cost, the over 90% total rate of conversion and the 99% purity of mesitylene, and so on. Newsday the technology has been industrially used to produce 600t/a mesitylene. The results show that the technology has good prospects.
