摘要
主要讨论了基于数控加工的箱体零件创成式CAPP系统中的关键问题——刀具选择。通过对此选择过程进行优化分析,建立了以加工质量、加工效率和成本等多种因素共同作用的优化决策理论模型,为解决这一难题提供了新的理论依据。
The key problem of creating CAPP system based on numerical control machining——cutter selection is mainly talked about in this paper. Through optimizing and analyzing the selecting procedure, the academic decision-making optimizing mode with the factors which influence cutter selection such as working mass, working efficiency and net cost,etc. is established, and a new theoretic reference for solving this puzzle is offered.
