摘要
雷电对电力系统通信的影响是巨大的,其直接损失是引起通信设备损坏,并造成重要数据的丢失。然而,其间接损失要比直接损失要严重得多,甚至会造成整个调度网络的瘫痪以及大面积停电。文章在分析由于地网缺陷而引起雷电对电力系统通信设备造成损坏的基础上,提出了相应的地网设计方案,同时还介绍了地网工频电阻的测试原理及方法。
Thunder and lightning influence power system communication seriously. They will cause damage of communication equipments and losing of data directly.However the indirect losing will be more serious than direct losing. The worst they will paralyse power grid and cut power in a large area.On the basis of analyzing the causation of communication equipments damage aroused by thunder and lightning,this paper presents the testing principle of ground network resistance and its design scheme.
