摘要
从宝鸡供电局通信网2004年8月份发生的两起雷击事故入手,采用查找雷击事故原因的方式,对两起雷击事故原因进行了归纳总结。通过对比的方法,对两起雷击事故的起因进行对比分析后,提出了电力系统通信站多层防雷观点,即从接地网、接地点、设备关联接地保护等四个方面,对反事故措施进行了具体说明。文章提出的反事故措施,对于提高通信网设备抗雷击安全,确保通信网设备的安全稳定运行,具有重要的指导意义。
This paper begins with two accidents of thunder happened in Baoji Power Supply Bureau at August 2004. Analyzes and synthesizes accident reasons by comparation. Introduces some methods of preventing thunders such as laying grounding net, selecting grounding spot and equipment protection in electric power telecommunication station,describs the antiaccident measurement.These methods are effective and practical. They are important to ensure communication equipments operating safely.
