Making a wrong acting or refusing to act in a relay protection system is threatenning the operation security of the electric network constantly.The paper proposes applying the channel monitoring system to the relay protection channel,through comparing the relay protection signal in a realtime monitoring system,a whole set of schemes is given out that the wrong action equipment can be comfirmed.To the monitoring nodes,the way collect data,disposition of the monitoring machine and software and hardware function,all of them have been introduced in detail in the paper.
