摘要 应用络合共沉淀法制备了低温液相合成甲醇用新型铜铬硅催化剂 ,并采用TPR、XRD和TG等表征手段对催化剂的结构进行了表征 ,考察了铬含量、催化助剂以及活性中心价态对催化剂活性影响。结果表明 ,当w(Cr) =32 32 %时最优 ,甲醇的时空产率可达 2 32 5mmol/ (molCu·min) ;w(Cr) =12 32 %时助剂Zr、Mn的添加使甲醇收率提高 Novel Cu-Cr-Si based catalysts were prepared by complex co-precipitation, and their performances were investigated in a slurry reactor for low temperature methanol synthesis. The catalysts were also characterized by TPR, XRD and TG techniques. The results showed that the optimal content of Cr was 32.32wt%, while the STY of methanol was up to 232.5 mmol/(molCu·min). The STY of methanol was increased 30 times with the addition of promoter Zr, Mn in the system when the content of Cr was 12.32wt%.
