摘要
在分析结势垒控制肖特基整流管工作机理的基础上，详细讨论器件特性与结构参数的关系；给出了器件优化设计的依据；建立了适用于ＳＰＩＣＥ电路分析程序的等效电路模型。
Based on the analysis of operation principle,characteristics of devices and the relationship of the characteristics with geometrical size of structure are dicussed; The theorectical basiS of JBS optimum design is given; A corrected model for the circuit characteristics simulation of JBS is presented. This model is able to analyse JBS'S applied circuit by using SPICE-Ⅱ.
