摘要
本文提出了全集成MOSFET电流传输器[CCⅡ±]为基础的平衡模式积分电路和滤波电路,并对其消除非线性因素进行了理论分析;利用SPICE(Ⅱ)通用模拟电路程序,对以[CCⅡ±]为基础的一个全集成MOSPET-C平衡结构六阶低通切比雪夫滤波器输出电压的幅频特性和相频特性进行了仿真分析。
The papet gives the realization of fully MOSFET integrated circuits and filter ciycuits with balancedstructure using current conveyor [CCⅡ±].The cancellation of non-linearities has been discussed. UsingSPICE(Ⅱ),simulation and analysis of the characteristies of the output voltage amplitude-frequency response and phas -frequency response of a sixth -order tchebychev MOSFET-C fully integrated precision continuous -time filter have been done. Some practical conclusions are obtained.
