摘要
课程设置的指导思想是构建中小学体育教师继续教育课程体系的核心,科学合理的课程设置对中小学体育教师专业化发展起着重要作用。中小学体育教师继续教育课程的目标设计,应考虑其培养模式的多元性,进一步深化大学、教育科研机构与中小学的伙伴关系,把握中小学继续教育的发展趋势,重视校本课程开发在继续教育中的地位和作用,坚持以教师专业化发展为本,创建具有我国特色的中小学体育教师教育一体化的课程。
Guiding ideology of curriculum is the core of construct the courses system of PE teachers'continuing education in primary and middle school,scientific and reasonable curriculum play an important role in specializationdevelopment of PE teachers. In the design of course objective, we should consider multiple training models,deepen further the cooperation among the universities,the administrative education science research and primary and middle school, grasp the developmental tendency, pay attention to course exploit, persist in taking teacher's specialization development, establish the course system with Chinese characteristic in PE teacher of primary and middle school.
