气相色谱法测定氟罗沙星中残留溶剂含量

摘要 目的:建立气相色谱法,测定氟罗沙星中的残留溶剂二甲基甲酰胺和二甲亚砜的含量。方法:用涂渍PEG-20M的填充柱,以N2为载气,柱温为120℃,FID检测。结果:二甲基甲酰胺和二甲亚砜进样量分别在0.14~0.21μg和0.80~1.20μg范围内,与相应成分峰面积线性关系良好(r分别为0.9991和0.9998) ,平均回收率分别为99.6%和99.8%,重复进样峰面积RSD分别为1.1%和1.3%(n=5)。结论:气相色谱法专属性强,简便准确,可用于氟罗沙星残留溶剂的监控。 Objective:A GC method was established for the determination of N,N-dimethylformimine and dimethyl sulfoxide in fleroxacin. Methods:The chromatography was performed in filled column coated by PEG-20M under the column temperature of 120℃,with N2 as carrier gas and FID detector.Results:The standard curves of dimethylformimine and dimethyl sulfoxide were rectilinear within the injecting quantity ranges of 0.14~0.21 μg and 0.80~1.20 μg(r=0.999 1 and 0.999 8),respectively.The average recoveries of dimethylformimine and dimethyl sulfoxide were 99.6% and 99.8%,with RSD 1.1% and 1.3%(n=5),respectively.Conclusion:The method was specific,simple and accurate.
