摘要
科学技术在生产、生活中正反两个方面的作用越来越大, 科技伦理日益成为人们关注的话题。认真剖析科技伦理存在之依据及其内在维度, 探讨如何在科技实践中贯彻科技伦理之精神, 无疑对于人类社会可持续发展有着极其重要的意义。
Both the positive and negative functions of science and technology in human practice are of great importance.And the scientific and technological ethics has become the topic that people are concerned about.Therefore,an analysis to the basis and the dimensions of scientific and technological ethics and an exploration on how to implement the spirit of scientific and technological ethics are undoubtedly significant to the sustainable development of human society.
