浅论从革命党到执政党党群关系的变迁

On the Vicissitude of the Relationship Between the CPC and the Masses of China in the Process of the Party’s Role Change from Being a Revolutionary Party to a Ruling Party

中国共产党从革命党转变为执政党后, 人民群众和党的关系存在三个方面的变迁: (1) 人民群众对党的期望不同; (2) 人民群众对党的支持类型不同; (3) 强化党群关系的制约机制不同。党群关系的这种变迁给中国共产党的执政方式提出了一系列新的要求。

After its role change from being a revolutionary Party to a ruling Party,the Communist Party of China(CPC) encounters three aspects of vicissitude in its relationship with the masses of people:One,the masses’expectations from the CPC;Two,the masses style of support for the CPC;Three,the system of restriction and supervision to strengthen the relationship between the CPC and the masses.In view of such situations,the thesis studies the influence the role change has in the ruling pattern of the CPC.
