日本河道环境治理经济效益评价

An Evaluation on Economic Benefits of River Course Environment Harness in Japan

河道整治对于防洪安全、改善生态环境具有十分重要的作用。日本开展河川环境治理的经济效益评价目前主要采用替代法、资产价值法、假想市场法、旅行费用法等四种代表性方法,在对几种方法的实际应用进行分析的基础上,讨论了日本开展河道环境整治经济评价工作的一些特点,以期对我国的河道环境整治工作有所借鉴。

Improvement of river courses plays a critical role in flood control and eco-environment improvement. The current economic benefit analysis for river course environment improvement is made in Japan, mainly use four typical measures of substitution, assets value, hypothetical market and travel cost. The features of economic benefit analysis in Japan are summarized based on the evaluation of practical application of these methods, so that our country may learn their experiences in river course environment improvements.
